Vocal Evolution is a men's chorus that sings four-part 'a cappella' music in a style called Barbershop. It has come to be recognised as one of the premier male vocal harmony groups in Australia.

Starting in 2002, their membership includes men of all ages from all walks of life. They are all amateur singers, who share a love of four-part harmony performed at the highest possible level, and a desire to share that music with others.

In competition with choruses from all over Australia, Vocal Evolution has been awarded a national bronze medal in 2003 and national silver medals in 2005 and 2007. In the process, they have come to be known as “the little chorus with the big sound”, having beaten groups many times their own size and winning many fans along the way.

Their repertoire includes a range of music from popular classics to show tunes, Australiana, barbershop, doo-wop, Christmas favourites and more. They perform as often as they can with previous engagements including community concerts, barbershop shows, corporate bookings and other special events as well as their own self-produced shows.

Vocal Evolution is proud to be affiliated with the Australian Association of Men Barbershop Singers (AAMBS).
